2. Product Structure
The 7x7 stainless steel wire rope is constructed with a 7-strand,
7-wire per strand configuration. This means the rope consists of 7
individual strands, each composed of 7 high-quality stainless steel
wires tightly twisted together. The total wire count is 49 wires
(7×7), offering a balance of flexibility, strength, and durability
for medium-duty applications.
3. Material
Grade: 304 or 316 stainless steel (corrosion-resistant, ideal for
harsh environments).
304 SS: General-purpose use, resistant to oxidation and mild
chemicals.
316 SS: Superior corrosion resistance, suitable for marine/offshore
applications.
Surface Finish: Bright (smooth) or galvanized (optional for
enhanced protection).
4.Safety & Standards
Complies with ISO 2408, ASTM A1023, and EN 13411 standards.Safety
Factor: Designed with a minimum 5:1 safety ratio (working load
limit = breaking load / 5).
